The Padtselling Tulku’s Linage is the combined incarnation of three disciples of Guru Rinpoche’s twenty five main disciples that is Longchen Pelgi Singay, Gelwa Chog Yang and Khando Yeshi Tshogay. The birth of First Padtselling Tulku Rinpoche, Drupthop Namgay Lhendup, is predicted by Guru Rinpoche. The First Padtselling Tulku Rinpoche was a disciple of Tibetan Treasure discovers Terton Dri-med Glingpa and as prophesied by Guru Rinpoche, the Terten Dri-me Lingpa empowered him as one of the true linage holder of Dorgi-sog-drup Cholug of Nigma School of Buddhism. He was also the true heart son of Dri-med Glingpa.

The second Padtselling Tulku Rinpoche, Nagchen Jigme Tenpai Geltshen was born in central Bhutan, Trongsa as predicted by First Padtselling Tulku Rinpoche. He is the one of the four main disciples of Terton Jigme Lingpa. Later from the secret remains of Jigme Lingpa, in reorganization of being Jigme Lingpa’s main disciple, he was provided with the Jigme Lingpa’s first back bone. This secret relic is still preserved in the Padtselling Monastery.
